HISTORY COMES TO LIFE

January 2010

Year 8 pupils at Sibford School near Banbury enjoyed a history lesson with a difference when the Time Traveller came to visit.

Otherwise known as Dave Lord, the Time Traveller brought the Civil War to life, allowing pupils to dress in period costume, handle artefacts and learn about the hardships, battles and diseases of 17th Century Britain.
