Sibford Sixth Form offers students the opportunity to continue their education in a creative, supportive and challenging environment.

We offer more than 20 A level subjects which means that students are able to build a programme of study to meet their own individual interests and skills. We also provide an intermediate level programme for those wishing to strengthen GSCE results.

2008 saw a rise in the number of Sibford students gaining top grades at A Level. Of the 31 pupils who took the exams, 45% gained A and B grades compared to 36% in 2007.

The Sixth form is open to day and boarding pupils between the ages of 16 and 18 and welcomes students from other educational establishments as well as pupils from Sibford Senior School.

Pupils can join Sibford's junior school, anytime between the ages of four and 10 years old.

Our small classes and focused teaching ensure that both girls and boys make excellent progress during their time with us and most proceed to Sibford Senior School and Sibford Sixth to further their education.

We encourage and inspire our pupils, helping them to develop sound emotional and social skills alongside a readiness to learn.

Our child-centred approach brings huge benefits and helps pupils to develop self-confidence, empathy, good social communication skills, independence and a positive mental attitude.

Sibford Senior School

At Sibford we believe that the learning process should be an exciting adventure, and that school is only the beginning.

We offer a broad and balanced curriculum for day and boarding pupils between the ages of 11 and 16 which reflect our view that while some may have a talent for mathematics, science or history, others may be gifted in the arts, horticulture or sport.

All disciplines are equally respected and dedicated teachers nurture and inspire their pupils to cultivate a thirst for life-long learning.

In 2008 Sibford pupils recorded their best ever GCSE results with 87% of pupils achieving a minimum of five GCSEs at A*-C grade and 30.6% of all grades being A* or A.
